 History and Evolution of the Supreme Court
Listed as Article III in the United States Constitution,
the Supreme Court is probably the least studied and
understood of the three branches that were created.
Study the history of its development and investigate many
cases involving civil liberties, property rights and federal
power. Explore court decisions within the context of the
